Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect compensation, Organizational commitmen, and motivation on employee performance in accounting. This research was conducted at Surakarta Manufacturing Company. The sample in this study was taken using the Convenience Sampling method. The number of data samples is 48 data form 7 companies. The analytical tool used is SPSS 21 Statistical Test. The result showed that compensation affected employee performance, organizational commitmentdid not affect employee performance, and motivation did not affect employee performance. .
