Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of satisfaction mediated by the trust on word of mouth and the intention of repetition at Sukoharjo General Hospital. Satisfaction in the use of services will create patient trust and will encourage patients to recommend to others for treatment at Sukoharjo General Hospital. And with positive contagious communication, it will have an impact on the patient's intention to seek treatment in the future. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to patients at Sukoharjo General Hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with outpatient populations in all outpatient polyclinics in the Sukoharjo General Hospital as many as 200 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using structural equation analysis (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study indicate that satisfaction has a significant effect on trust, satisfaction has a significant effect on word of mouth, satisfaction has no significant effect on re-treatment intention, trust has a significant effect on re-treatment intention, and trust has a significant effect on word of mouth.
