Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect work loyalty in CV. SEHATI WONOGIRI. This analysis uses independent variables namely career development, motivation, empowerment, recognition and appreciation, and job satisfaction. The dependent variable is work loyalty. The research sample was all employees of CV. SEHATI WONOGIRI. The sample is done by non probability sampling method. The data collection uses a questionnaire that is distributed directly to all employees in CV. SEHATI WONOGIRI 150 questionnaires. This analysis method uses SEM analysis techniques (Structural Equation Modeling) by testing Goodness of Fit. The results of this study indicate that career development has no significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, empowerment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, recognition and awards have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on work loyalty.
