Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of customer orientation on effort expectancy, social influences mediated by trust to form intention to continue. This is because there are still research gaps from various previous studies which show that there are still diverse forms of intention to continue using social networking sites (Herrero et al., Huang and Chuang, 2017; Tavares and Oliveira, 2017; Herrero et al., 2018). So this study examines the increasing intention of using social networking sites to get information about hospitals in Surakarta. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a population of people who understand about social networking sites and want to get information about hospitals in Surakarta. The number of respondents used was 180 respondents. Testing of measuring instruments using SPSS version 18 application. Hypothesis testing is done using Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that H1, H2, H4 and H5 are supported, except that H3 is not supported. The results of this study give the meaning that to form the intention to continue the use of social networking sites through customer orientation affect effort expectancy with trust as a mediator.
