Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of learning culture on training transfer mediated by motivation to transfer learning to staff employees at Wonogiri Charity Hospital, both medical and non-medical employees. A good learning culture will encourage employees to recommend to friends, relatives or to their families to provide knowledge and experience at the Wonogiri Amal Sehat Hospital. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees at Wonogiri Amal Sehat Hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of 150 medical and non-medical employees. Hypothesis testing is done by using mediation regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning culture does not have a significant effect on training transfer, the motivation to transfer learning has a significant effect on training transfer. If the learning culture variable becomes insignificant towards the transfer of training, the motivation variable to transfer learning is considered to be a full mediation between learning culture and training transfer .
