Abstract

Decision making is one of the most fundamental human activities in everyday life. CV. Cita Nasional as a company engaged in the processingo of milk requires the main raw material of pure milk everyday in a number of lots and continuous. In determining of supplier, only suppliers meet the criteria will become partners CV. Cita Nasional. So far, there is no system used to help Decision Maker (DM) in teh determining suppliers. In the study proposed a decision support system that presented the SMART method to assist and provide recommendations to the decision maker (DM) in determining the best suppliers in accordance with the criteria used, such as physics test and chemical, counterfeiting test, density, price, legality, and frequency of delivery. From the result of the calculations with 6 suppliers as alternative testing method of SMART, KUD Cepogo has the greatest value of 0,553 alternatives and found the least value of KUD Capitabang of 0,455.
