Abstract

Heart failure is a clinical syndrome that is both complek and at hight risk. Heart failure as a chronic disease that requires a lot of money, which is expected to increase every year. The purpose of the research is knowing the pattern of drug use heart failure oral in patient with the hospitalization in Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso Woogiri hospital in the periode 2016. This study was descriptive non-experimental by retrospective drawn as many as 75 saples. The analysis data included description of patient characteristics of heart failure and treatment picture. The results showed that total of congestive heart failure patients more boys ( 57,33%) 43 patients than girls (42,67%) 32 patients, and it could be seen that the most age who had congestive heart failure are age 65 or older.Based on data usage of single and combination drugs showed the highest number of cardiovascular oral drug administration was Digoxin and ISDN Keywords: The Drug Heart Failure, The use of, Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri Hospital
