Abstract
Human Resources is an important role for the success of an organization or company, because humans are the main life assets that need to be maintained and developed so it needs to get special attention from the company. Employee performance is a very important factor for a company. The more employees who have high performance, the overall productivity of the company will increase. This study aims to determine how much influence the behavior of work discipline and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) affect the performance of employees at the Clinic Laboratory Prodia Surakarta. Respondents in this research are employees of laboratory of Prodia Surakarta clinic with population and sample counted 60 people. This research uses sampling method. Analysis of data with Multiple Regression Analysis, Test t, Test F, Test Coefficient Determination R2, Test Classical Assumption with SPSS program version 17 for windows. The results showed that Discipline positive effect on Employee Performance sig value 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Occupational Health has a positive effect on Work Performance with a sig value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 Keywords : Work Discipline, Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Employee Performance.
