Abstract

Herbal medicine Totebags turmeric acid is a herbal medicine to refresh the body or can make a normal temperature, there is also a herbal plant totebags said turmeric acid can launch the menstrual period, acid content can improve blood circulation and launch defecation. The purpose of this study was to identify the herb of turmeric acid whether ALT, AKK meets the prescribed standard. The ALT test method is a number that indicates the number of Mesophil bacteria in each 1 ml or one gram of the examined sample, the Perinsip of the ALT is counting the mesophyll aerobic bacterial colonies after the sample is planted in a medium that corresponds to the later pouring was allowed to be solidify until it was incubated for 24-48 hours at 3537OC and AKK was a carrying agent, its presence was not expected by humans. The test results of jamu totebags turmeric acid for the ALT testing of the three Samples RT 01, Rt 02, and RT 03 were obtained 3,9x105 uk/ml, 2,5x106 uk/ml, and 3x106 uk/ml of the three samples did not shorten the standard, as the standard for testing ALT 5x104 uk/ml. Test samples conducted in Rt 01, Rt 02, and Rt 03 results obtained 1,6x103uk/ml, 2,3x103 uk/ml, 3,2x102 test samples meet the standards prescribed by the regulation of the head of the Drug and Food Supervision Agency of the Republic of Indonesia number 16 years 2016.
