Abstract

To manage difference organizational culture need a leader or a manager as important part to determine orgnazational purpose or firm aim. A leader has duty to implementation of organizational change as the way to adaptation for unpredictable environment. Beside that, the other factor that need more caring is individual characteristic of a leader. This research aimed to know an impact leadership style and individual characteristic on organization culture at PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital. The result was analyzed by multiple linear regression on SPSS 16.0 to know causal relationship between leadership style an individual characteristic on organizational culture. The result of research showed there is no affected positive and significantly between leadership style and organizational cuture, however there is affected positive and significantly between individual characteristic and leadership style.
