xiv INTISARI CAHYARINI A.P., 2020, KAJIAN KESESUAIAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIDIABETIK PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2 DI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN PUSKESMAS SETABELAN SURAKARTA TAHUN 2019, KARYA TULIS ILMIAH, FAKULTAS FARMASI, UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI, SURAKARTA. Diabetes Mellitus merupakan kondisi kronik yang terjadi karena tubuh tidak dapat memproduksi insulin secara normal atau insulin tidak dapat bekerja secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan kesesuaian penggunaan obat antidiabetik yang digunakan pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Puskesmas Setabelan Surakarta tahun 2019 yang disesuaikan terhadap PERKENI 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan metode cross sectional pengambilan data secara retrospektif pada data sekunder berupa rekam medik periode Januari-Desember 2019 pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Setabelan Surakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel adalah pasien dengan diagnosis diabetes melitus tipe 2 dengan dan tanpa penyakit penyerta. Analisis data diambil dari data rekam medik mengenai pengobatan diabetes mellitus tipe 2 lalu dikelompokkan berdasarkan nama pasien, usia pasien, diagnosis, jenis kelamin, dan penggunaan obat, setelah itu data dianalisis dan dicari presentasenya berdasarkan kriteria, Kemudian di lihat kesesuaiannya dengan PERKENI 2015. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil penggunaan obat antidiabetik pada 92 pasien Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 di Ins talasi Rawat Jalan di Puskesmas Setabelan Surakarta bulan Januari – Desember 2019 obat yang sering digunakan (1) Metformin 500 mg 51,09%, (2) Glimepirid 2 mg 21,74%, (3)Metformin 500 mg + Glimepirid 2 mg 19,57%, (4) Metformin 500 mg + Glibenklamid 5 mg 7,61%. Obat antidiabetik yang paling banyak digunakan adalah golongan obat Biguanid yaitu Metformin, standar pelayanan penggunaan obat antidiabetik di Puskesmas Setabelan Surakarta memenuhi standar PERKENI 100%. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic condition that occurs because the body cannot produce insulin normally or insulin cannot work effectively. This study aims to determine the description and appropriateness of the use of antidiabetic drugs used in patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Outpatient Installation Services in Surakarta Setabelan Health Center in 2019 which is adapted to PERKENI 2015. This study was an observational study with a cross sectional method of retrospective retrieval of data on secondary data in the form of a medical record for the period January-December 2019 in patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Puskesmas Setabelan Surakarta. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria were patients with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with and without comorbidities. Data analysis was taken from medical record data regarding the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and then grouped by patient name, patient age, diagnosis, sex, and drug use, after which the data were analyzed and the percentage searched based on the criteria, then looked at its suitability with PERKENI 2015. From the results of the study obtained the results of the use of antidiabetic drugs in 92 patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Outpatient Installation in the Surakarta Setabelan Health Center in January - December 2019 drugs that are often used (1) Metformin 500 mg 51.09%, (2) Glimepirid 2 mg 21 , 74%, (3) Metformin 500 mg + Glimepiride 2 mg 19.57%, (4) Metformin 500 mg + Glibenclamide 5 mg 7.61%.
