Abstract
Study on patient’s satisfaction is an important issue in healthcare services. Patient satisfaction is defined as the level of one’s feelings after comparing the perceived results with expectations. This study aims at examining the implementation of innovation by Masaran I Public Health Center (Puskesmas) in Sragen Regency. In the application of Manager on Duty to improve patient’s satisfaction with characteristics of education and occupation as moderator. This study uses survey method of outpatient at Masaran I Public Health Center (Puskesmas) in Sragen Regency. A total of 150 respondents were selected. Regression analysis using moderating variable was applied to evaluate. Testing was done using SPSS version 21.0 for windows program. The research results show that all hypotheses are supported. It implied that perception on innovation influences patients’ satisfaction. Characteristics of education and occupation also trigger innovation perception on patient’s satisfaction.
