Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intent to use Yakkum Online application. A phenomena that occurs Yakkum online applications in the Panti Waluyo Surakarta Hospital is still relatively new. Currently Yakkum Online newly published 2014 and relative users are still limited. The study used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the basic model. The study were obtained through a questionnaire distributed to out patients at Panti Waluyo Surakarta hospital. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 197 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SEM (structural equation modeling) using amos program version 16. Results of the analysis showed that oll hypothesis is supported. These results meant that users Yakkum Online application perceived the application is easy to use and useful that form high intention to use the application.
