Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are the implementation of health efforts that play an important role in improving the quality of health services for the community. Pharmaceutical services aim to identify, prevent and resolve drug problems and health-related problems. This study aims to analyze pharmaceutical services based on WHO patient care indicators. The method used in this research is systematic review. The sample used in this study were 15 journals or articles published or indexed through the journal search engine, namely Google Scholar. The variables studied were the average waiting time for drug services, the suitability of drug delivery, the percentage of drug labeling and the percentage of patient knowledge about drugs. The results of the review of 15 journals were 2 journals where the waiting time for drug service was not in accordance with the standard, for the percentage of drug delivery according to the prescription the value was 100% according to the standard, for the suitability of drug labeling there were 2 studies with a value that was not in accordance with the standard, namely 82.2 % and 64.44% as well as for the patient's knowledge about the correct use of drugs still not in accordance with WHO standards, namely 50.2%; 17.07% and 48.2%.
