Abstract

Pathologi clinical laboratory services should is a multi story prayer one of healthcare that is needed society. Through evaluation of pathology clinical laboratory services neither expected patients will feel satisfied so that patients will return to the hospital if require health ministry. This study aimed for evaluate pathology clinical laboratory services at hospital Dr. OEN SOLO BARU. This research is descriptive research conducted at hospital Dr. OEN SOLO BARU using non- probability sampling technique by purposive sampling, this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 292 respondents. The data obtained were processsed using Quality Standard Minimun Service Hospital Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2012. Based on the research we concluded that the service waiting time result of laboratory examination clinical laboratories, implementing ekspertisi laboratory test result, not their fault delivery of laboratory the result and laboratory services clinical patology giving satisfaction to the patient Outpatient Laboratory of clinical Pathology RS Dr. OEN SOLO BARU in the amount of 99.2 % accordance with the Quality Standard Minimun Service Hospital Ministry of Health of the Republik of Indonesia in 2012 Key Word: Evaluation of Clinical Pathologi Laboratory Services, Out patient, Hospital Dr. OEN SOLO BARU.
