Abstract
INTISARI MARVIYANDA, D.D., 2023, GAMBARAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT WIDODO KABUPATEN NGAWI, SKRIPSI, PROGRAM STUDI S1 FARMASI, FAKULTAS FARMASI, UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI, SURAKARTA. Dibimbing oleh Dr. apt. Ika Purwidyaningrum, S.Farm., M.Sc. dan Lukito Mindi Cahyo, S.KG., M.PH. Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang tidak menular. Dapat dikatakan hipertensi apabila tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil penggunaan obat antihipertensi dan mengetahui gambaran penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien hipertensi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Widodo Kabupaten Ngawi periode Januari sampai Desember 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental secara observasional dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan secara retrospektif melalui lembar rekam medik. Pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan kriteria ekslusi . Analisis data berdasarkan pedoman JNC 8. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan hasil persentase gambaran karakteristik pasien dengan laki-laki (63,33%), usia 55-60 tahun (81,67%) dan menderita Pre hipertensi (20 %), hipertensi Stage I (45 % ), hipertensi Stage II (35 %). Gambaran penggunaan obat hipertensi pada pasien hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Widodo Kabupaten Ngawi berdasarkan pedoman JNC 8 menunjukkan Penggunaan Obat Antihipertensi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah ARB Candesartan 26 % dan penyakit penyerta paling banyak adalah Hipertensi dengan DM sebanyak 21,67 %. Supervised by Dr. apt. Ika Purwidyaningrum, S.Farm., M.Sc. and Lukito Mindi Cahyo, S.KG., M.PH. Hypertension is a non-communicable disease. It can be said to be hypertension if the systolic blood pressure is more than 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg. The purpose of this study was to find out the profile of antihypertensive drug use and to find out the description of antihypertensive drug use in hypertensive outpatients at Widodo Hospital, Ngawi Regency, from January to December 2021. This research is an observational non-experimental study with a descriptive method. Data were collected retrospectively through medical record sheets. Collecting samples using purposive sampling technique based on inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Data analysis based on JNC 8 guidelines. The results of the study show the results of the percentage of patient characteristics with male (63.33%), aged 55-60 years (81.67%) and suffering from Pre hypertension (20%), Stage I hypertension (45%), Stage II hypertension (35 %). An overview of the use of hypertension drugs in hypertensive patients at Widodo Hospital, Ngawi Regency based on the JNC 8 guidelines shows the use of the most widely used antihypertensive drugs was ARB Candesartan 26% and the most frequent comorbidities were hypertension with DM as much as 21.67%.
