Abstract

Analysis Of Ureum And Creatinine Turnaround Time At Slamet Riyadi Army Hospital Laboratory, Scientific Writing, D3 Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program, Universitas Setia Budi Surakarta. Advisor : Reny Pratiwi, S.Si., M.Si, Ph.D Turnaround Time is the total examination time from pre�analytic-post analytic. According to the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 129 / MENKES / SK / II/ 2008 the minimum laboratory service standard is <140 minutes for clinical hematology and chemistry examinations. This study aims to evaluate the service time at the Slamet Riyadi Surakarta Army Hospital Laboratory. The method used in this study was descriptive analytic with 40 ureal examinations and 30 creatinine tests. The results of the study showed that the total ureal examination time averaged 88.22 minutes while the total creatinine examination time averaged 90.10 minutes. The results of the study at the ureal examination service stage averaged 13.15 minutes, 61.42 minutes, and 13.65 minutes post�analytic. In this study, Slamet Riyadi Army Hospital has met the established time standards.
