Abstract

Mokoagouw MM., 2023, EVALUATION OF DRUG USE AND DRUG AVAILABILITY IN HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS REFERRAL BACK PROGRAM AT MANADO REGIONAL PHARMACY, THESIS, FACULTY OF PHARMACY, SETIA BUDI UNIVERSITY, SURAKARTA. The Refer-Back Program (DRR) is a program for administering medicines at first-level health facilities (FKTP), especially for chronic diseases that have been declared stable and recommended by specialists or sub-specialists from advanced health facilities (FSTL), one of the diseases included in DRR is hypertension. Manado Central Bureau of Statistics stated that hypertension in Manado City is a disease with the highest number of cases at 27,604 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine how to evaluate the consumption of antihypertensive use based on the ATC/DDD and DU 90% methods, and also to determine the suitability of antihypertensive use in DRR pharmacies. This study was conducted descriptively by collecting data retrospectively on outpatient visits (KPRJ) at 5 DRR pharmacies in Manado City area. The results showed that the use of antihypertensive drugs in 5 PRB pharmacies, namely, amlodipine 5mg and amlodipine 10mg with percentages, Kimia Farma Malalayang 43,36%, Kimia Farma Tuminting 58,12%, Kimia Farma Singkil 31,81%, Kimia Farma Tikala 50,98%, and Kimia Farma Sario 40,57%. For drug compliance with FORNAS in 5 pharmacies, PRB has reached 100%.
