Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of boredom on counterproductive work behavior as moderating personality and environment factors in Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Analysis of data in this research using questionnaire. The help of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) version 11,5. Analysis result demonstrates that boredom have a significant influence to counterproductive work behavior. Have a significant influence personality factor to counterproductive work behavior, Haven’t a significant influence personality factor as moderating between boredom to counterproductive work behavior, Haven’t a significant influence environment factor to counterproductive work behavior, Haven’t a significant influence environment factor as moderating between boredom to counterproductive work behavior .
