Abstract

Getting care quickly, well, and professionally with excellent results is the desire of all society, especially recipients of health care in general and hospitals inpharmacy installation particularly. Many problems obtained by the patient or family at the service in pharmacy installation, because pharmacy installation services do not meet the expected standards. Therefore, to meet the needs of the patient to the pharmacy installation services, services of pharmacy installation must accredited. The purpose this study was to determine the suitability of seven accreditation standards and strategy of development plans of pharmacy installation by Hanlon method. This research is observation analiticnon-experimental research, with collecting thequestionnaire about pharmacy services standard. The respondents of this researchconsists of 32 which are the staff of IFRS.. The results of the IFRS staff answerscount are compared with the results of observation. Management of data performed with a fixed Hanlon method. installation services Suistability Hospital Pharmacy Management Standards Gambiran on Drug Use (MPO) Hospital Accreditation is as follows: (MPO.3) Storage achieving a score of 91.88%; (MPO.4) Booking and recording reached a score of 91.04%; (MPO.2) Selection and procurement reached a score of 90.00%; (MPO.6) Provision achieved a score of 90.00%; (MPO.5) Standard preparation and distribution reach a score of 89.79%; (MPO.7) Monitoring achieving a score of 89.69%; (MPO.1) The organization and management with a score of 79.58%. Priorities handling problems with Hanlon method is as follows: MPO.1 (organization and management); MPO.2 (selection and procurement); MPO.3 (storage); MPO.4 (booking and registration); MPO.7 (monitoring); MPO.6 (administration); and MPO.5 (preparation and distribution) Keywords: Hospital accreditation standards, Hanlon method, pharmacy department and its follow up.
