Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of person environment fit on the intention of work out of employees and to test the role of social support in moderating the relationship between person environment fit and intention to work out employees. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to non-medical employees at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Surakarta. The sample used is 50 respondents. The technique of attachment in this research is simple random sampling technique. The method used in this research is linear regression. The results of this study indicate that social support has no effect on outgoing intentions, social support moderates the relationship between the person's environment fit and outgoing intentions, and the person's environment fit has an effect on outward intentions.
