Abstract

Pemangkat Public Hospital as the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) needs to make measurements of achievements as regards to indicators of Hospital Minimum Service Standard that has been determined. This study aims to find out the implementation description of Hospitals Minimum Service Standards in Pharmaceutical Installation of Pemangkat Hospital, include waiting time of drug services, the absence of error occurrence of drug delivery, customer satisfaction and the compatibility prescription according to the formularium. The study was conducted at the Pharmaceutical Installation of Pemangkat Hospital in December 2016 with 110 samples for the waiting time of drug services, the absence of error occurrence of drug delivery, and the level of customer satisfaction on pharmacy service and 1575 samples for the compatibility prescription according to formularium. This study is a non experimental descriptive study with qualitative and quantitative approach. The data obtained from the observation and interview with the Head of Pharmaceutical Installation, employees, doctors and questionnaires to the outpatients. The results showed the average waiting time of drug services that is 22,31 minutes/sheet of non concotion drug prescription and 41,57 minutes/concoction of prescribed drugs, the absence of drug error incidence of 100%, level of customers satisfaction 97,53 % and the accuracy of prescription with medicine formulation 88%.
