Abstract

Good services and professional with excellent results is the hope for all people, especially in the health care process in hospital. This study aims to determine the level of pharmacy service conformity of seven accreditation standard MMU and its development strategy with the method Hanlon hospital accreditation standards based on MMU in Pharmacy Installation of The PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta. This study was non-experimental study design, data were analyzed by quantitatively and qualitatively. Collecting data using a questionnaire and interviews. The results obtained were MMU1, MMU2 by 100%, MMU3 by 90%, MMU4, MMU5, MMU6 by 100%, and 93.33% of MMU7. There were three problems that had not yet meet the standards of namely MMU3.P2 need to hospital policy establishes emergency drugs are stored, maintained and protected from loss or theft. Second, MMU3.P3, hospitals have policies and procedures that govern the destruction of drugs. Third, MMU7.P2, monitoring of drug side effects were not expected.
