Abstract
Accreditation is assessment of KARS to improve the safety and quality of hospital services. The research was conducted at IFRSU Aulia Lodoyo Blitar 2018 which a type C hospital, March 2017 has passed accreditation of according KARS 2012 accreditation standard, outline of pharmaceutical service in the hospital hasn’t been fully achieved. This research to know compliance of seven PKPO toward SNARS and improvement strategy uses prioritizing issues with matrix method. The research was analyzed descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Data collection using questionnaires and interview instruments on Head IFRS as well as observation to support the questionnaire. The subjects of were pharmacists, assistants, and administrators. Data results processed in form of tables and performed improvement strategy uses prioritizing issues with matrix method. The compliance of PKPO hasn’t fulfilled SNARS. The percent organizing 67.2%, selection and procurement 63.3%, storage 77.1%, prescribing and copying 74.7%, preparation and delivery 71.8%, administration of drugs 78.2%, monitoring 62.2%. Improvement strategy uses prioritizing issues with matrix method is PKPO 7 monitoring of drug effects, PKPO 2 selection and procurement, PKPO 1 organizing supervision according to its assignment, PKPO 5 preparation and delivery of drugs, PKPO 4 prescribing and copying, PKPO 3 drug storage, PKPO 6 drug administration.
