Abstract

The planning of drugs requirement is a activity undertook in order to arrange a list of medicinal need relate to a form or basis of the concept of systematic activities to reach of objective that settled. In the case of hypertension in Indonesia at 2009 (Kemenkes RI) is showed that hypertension prevalence reached of 29.6%. The purpose of the study was determine the number real of needed antihypertensive drugs, the different and factors that affect the amount of different calculation with the consumption method was used at Pharmacy Installation of Health Departement of Salatiga City. The non experimental research design was conducted retrospectively and was evaluated using the “consumption method”. Evaluation of this programm was done by recording hypertensive drugs planning data at Pharmacy Installation of Health Department of Salatiga City in 2015, then it was calculated by taking into many factor that affect the amount of drugs needed. Based on the research, the result were amlodipine 27024 tablet, clonidin 4913 tablet, diltiazem 31101 tablet, HCT 6181 tablet, propanolol 186 tablet, nifedipin 22192 tablet, captopril 12,5 mg 22801 tablet and captopril 25 mg 149724 tablet. The different between the calculation, there was several factor that affect the amount of drugs needed and limited of drugs at Pharmacy Installation of Health Departement of Salatiga City.
