Abstract

This research aims to know the correlation between transformational leadership with organizational citizenship behavior toward employee in Dreamland Spring Waterpark Ajibarang. The hypothesis proposed was there is a positive correlation between the transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior toward employee. This research uses quantitative method while the technique of getting the sample is total sampling or saturated sampling. The subject of this research are employee Dreamland Spring Waterpark Ajibarang with the total employee are 66 employee. The instrument was used in this research is scale of the transformational leadership and scale of organizational citizenship behavior. The method was used to analyze the data is correlation Product Moment by Pearson with the help of SPSS 23.0 for windows release. The result of the data shows that the correlation coefficient is rxy = 0,329 with p = 0,007 (p < 0,01). These results show that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, that there is a positive correlation between the transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the transformational leadership their organzational citizenship behavior will be higher. Conversely, the lower transformational leadership, the employee organizational citizenship behavior will also be lower. Keywords: Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior
