The purpose of the research was to find out antyhyperuricemia effect of fractions of ethanolic extract of white turmeric in uric acid level in leghorn cock. This research conducted 28 leghorn cock, divided randomly in 7 groups, each groups consisted of 4 leghorn cock. Group I as normal control, group II as negative control was given CMC 0,5%, group III as positive control was given allopurinol 14 mg/1,5 kgBW. Group IV; V; VI; VII were given dose ethanolic extract 528 mg/1,5 kgBW; n-hexana fraction 53 mg/1,5 kgBW; ethyl acetat fraction 254 mg/1,5 kgBW and water fraction 146 mg/1,5 kgBW respectively. The treatment conducted during 14 days. The uric acid level observed in three times, 0 day, 7th day and 14th day, used spectrophotometric Star Dust. The statistical analysis used One Way Anova (p>0,05). The result of this research showed that the ethanolic extract and all fractions of white turmeric rhizome had the activity to decreased uric acid level. Key words: the fractions of ethanolic extract, white turmeric rhizome, allopurinol, Antyhyperuricemia
