Abstract
Untreated hypertension and uncontrolled can cause organ damage. One complication in timbulkannya is kidney disease. This study aims to determine the use of antihypertensive drugs and the use of the most used in patients with chronic renal failure (ICD I12.0) Inpatient Hospital in Pandan Arang Boyolali in 2014 by the method of ATC / DDD. This research is a descriptive study with retrospective data collection. The sample in this research is the medical record data antihypertensive drugs used by patients with chronic renal failure (ICD I12.0) in Inpatient. All data is then processed to determine the quantity of use of antihypertensive drugs in units of DDD / 100 patient days and based on criteria DU 90%. The suitability of the use of the drug compared with hospital formulary, JNC VII and the WHO Collaborating Center in 2013. Results from this study are based on the method ATC / DDD and DU90%, it is known that the antihypertensive drugs used is from the class of ACE inhibitor, ARB, CCB, Diuretics, Beta Blockers, Antialdosteron. Antihypertensive use the most is the class of diuretics Furosemide kind in 2014 amounted to 31,90%. The suitability of the use of antihypertensive drugs compared with JNC VII in 2014 by 25%. Antihypertensive drugs when viewed from the segment DU 90% are diuretics (furosemide 31,90%), CCB (amlodipine 30,39%), ARB (Irbesartan 23,29%), and Antialdosteron (Clonidine 5,22%).
