Abstract
The research aimed to determine the corelation between perceptions of servant leadership and organizational commitmen to employees at SMA PangudiLuhur St Yosef Surkarta. The study used to quantitaif methods and sampel collection was done by purposive sampling. The hypothesis was ; there are positif correlation between perceptions of servant leadership and organizational commitment at employees in SMA PengudiLuhur St Yosef Surakarta. the subjects in this study were are employees, executive power and techers working in the SMA PengudiLuhur St Yosef Surakarta with totaling 30 people. Measuring instrument used are the scale of perceptions of servant leadership and scale of organizational commitment. The method used for data analysis is the product moment correlation of Person with SPSS 20.0 for windows release. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of r xy = 0.985 and p= 0.00 ( p= 0.01). It proves that there is significant positive correlation between perceptions of servant leadership with organizational commitmen subject, so the hypothesis proposed in this research received.
