Abstract

Jamu is one of the Indonesian natural medicines who has a range of efficacy as fitness and even to treat diseases. One of the herbs that its use quite a lot in the community is that jamu pegal linu. Testing the fungi need to made to the herbs packaging sold in the market because could be products sold in the market is not meet standart or the requirements set .Testing jamu pegal linu aims to understand the fungi to the jamu pegal linu circulating in the markets already meet standart food and drug supervisory agency (BPOM) no. 12 of 2014 or not .Testing done by using the method the count of the cup on medium dichloran rose to bengal chloramphenicol (DRBC) 6 sample on jamu pegal linu 3 branded samples and 3 samples are not branded. According to food and drug supervisory agency the republic of indonesia no. 12 of 2014 about the requirements the quality of traditional medicine the fungi must not over ≤ 10 colonies/gram. From our observation obtained outcomes jamu pegal linu branded with the number ofe sample A : 1 x 103 colonies/gram, sample B : 1,5 x 103 colonies/gram, dan sample C : 1,8 x 103 colonies/gram. In jamu pegal linu are not branded fungi samples obtained figure D: 3 x 10¹ colonies / gram, sample E: 4.5 x 10¹ colonies / gram, and a sample F: 1.4 x 103 colonies / gram. The results of testing to sixth sample obtained the result that to all sample qualified the mildew leavened. Keywords: Jamu Pegal Linu, Fungi Figures.
