Abstract
Infection of intestinal nematodes caused by 2 groups of nematodes that are STH’s nematodes (Soil Transmitted Helminths) that require soil as a medium of transmission include among others they are Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura and hookworm (Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus) and Non-STH’s nematodes which does not require the land as media transmission that is Enterobius vermicularis. The purpose of stool examination to the farmers in the Ngalang-Ngalangan village, senting village, district of Sambi, district of Boyolali, Central Java is to determine whether the farmers in the Ngalang-Ngalangan village infected with 2 intestinal nematodes class of Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) and Non-Soil Transmitted helminths (Non-STH) or not. Samples were examined as many as 14 samples of feces and fecal examination performed by the method of directly using staining of Eosin 2 %. Stool examination of 14 farmers’s stool sample in the Ngalang-Ngalangan village are 0% indicates the percentage of positive or negative results by not finding the eggs or larvae or adult worms fromthe class of STH and Non-STH.
