Abstract
Congestive heart failure is an increase in pulmonary vascular pressure due to left heart failure causes the overload of pressure and right heart failure resulting in pulmonary edema and venous system dams . The purpose of the research is knowing the pattern of drug use heart failure oral in patient with the hospitalization in Karanganyar hospital in the periode 2015. This study was descriptive non-experimental by retrospective with observation on the data that already exists and samplig technique use is a total of sampling. The results showed that total of congestive heart failure patients more boys than girls from data of 95 patients 51 of them were male (53.69%), and it could be seen that the most age who had congestive heart failure are age 65 or older. Based on data usage of single and combination drugs showed the highest number of cardiovascular oral drug administration was digoxin + ISDN Keywords: The Drug Heart Failure, The use of, Karanganyar Hospital
