Abstract

Piroksikam is the cure antiinflammatory non steroid with small dose (1020mg/hari) for the treatment joints .Piroksikam are generally available in tablet form salute that takes time a long diabsorbsi .One of alternatives that right to drug save to use and fast diabsorbsi so made preparation piroksikam fdt .Fast disintegranting tablets (FDT) is tablet rapidly disintegrates in the cavity of the mouth with the help of saliva. The purpose of this research know the combined effect primojel® with components effervescent to the quality of physical FDT piroksikam preparation. FDT piroksikam made with kempa directly .The masses of produced tested time alir and angles silent .Test the quality of physical tablet includes: uniformity weight, violence, vulnerability, wetting time, and time disintegration. Formulation superdisintegrant and components effervescent use primojel® by concentration of the 5%, 3%, and 1% and components effervescent by concentration of the 8%, 10%, and 12%. Data generated first compared with farmakope indonesia then analyzed statistics anova one direction continued by test LSD with the economic situation of trust 95 %.The results of the study showed that combination primojel® (sodium starch glycolate with components effervescent impact on the quality of physical preparation FDT piroksikam by concentration of the primojel 5 % and components effervescent 8 % because show of the nature of good physical.
