Abstract

Sodium diclofenac is an analgesic nonsteroidal, where in general formulated in the form of off slow. To facilitate patients who want a stunt or a rapid onset of sodium diclofenac, in its eventual was made in the form of FDT preparation. The research objectives were to get formula products of FDT preparation sodium diclofenac by combining superdisintegrant Primojel® and materials effervescent acid citrate-sodium bicarbonate. The making of FDT sodium diclofenac readiness used direct kempa method. The research was done by using three formula variation combinations of superdisintegrant Primojel® and materials effervescent acid citrate-sodium bicarbonate. This method was done by examining the physical characters of granule and physical properties tablet. The result and the analysis were analyzed by using one way analysis. The results of the research shows that the factors combination of superdisintegrant Primojel® and materials effervescent acid citrate-sodium bicarbonate can increase the time for the tablet to dissolve. Based on the results of the analysis, obtained the best formula FDT sodium diclofenac by combining superdisintegrant Primojel® 8 mg and materials effervescent acid sitrat-natrium bicarbonate 16 mg.
