Abstract
Fast disintegrating tablets (FDT) is a tablet which is placed in the mouth, crushed or dissolved less than 60 seconds by liquid saliva without the need of water and provide fast action. Na diclofenac was one derivate of the acid fenilasetat who could be classified as non-steroidal non-infalmatory drug (NSAID), FDT Na diclofenac is one of alternatives that right that the drug can be comfortably used and fast an undesired effect. Na diclofenac has 2 tablet dosage is 25 mg and 50 mg. This research aims to determine the effect of variation in the concentration of Primellose® and effervescent component of the physical properties of a good tablet. This research is made with combination of three formula FDT superdisintegrant Primellose® and effervescent components in a variety of different concentrations by the method of direct felts. Test conducted on the physical properties of powders, and tablets. Data generated first compared with Farmacope Indonesian then analyzed statistics ANOVA one direction continued by test LSD with the economic situation of trust 95%. The result of research showed the influence Primellose® and effervescent component of the physical properties of the tablet, disintegration time and the response think tablet FDT Na diclofenac. An increased concentration effervescent component can accelerate tablet disintegration time. Primellose® elevated concentrations can increase hardness and reduce brittleness but decrease disintegration time. Formula 1 with the proportion Primellose® and effervescent component (4mg : 20mg) is a formula that has the most excellent physical properties.
