Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the influence of security and privacy, speed, uses, ease, readiness technology information, and quality system information against the behavior of the use of e-filing in KPP Pratama Sukoharjo. The sample of this research is the taxpayer 100 people. Data collection technique used in this research is the use of a questionnaire (question form). Statistical tests performed with the Statistical Package for Social Science (IBM SPSS) version 9 for windows. Result of the study prove that : 1) Security and privacy not significantly affect to the use of e-filing (H1 rejected), 2) Speed not significantly affect to the use of e-filing (H1 rejected), 3) Uses significantly positive affect to the use of efiling (H1 is accepted), 4) Ease significantly positive affect to the use of e-filing (H1 is accepted), 5) Readinnes technology information significantly positive affect to the use of e-filing (H1 is accepted), 6) Quality system information significantly positive affect to the use of e-filing (H1 is accepted).
