Abstract

The Effect Polychronicity,Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity that non-medical personal employee performance in Dr. Moewardi Regional Public Hospital. Skripsi.Study Program S1 Management. Setia Budi University of Faculty Economics. Preceptor I. Nang Among Budiadi,Se., Msi. Preceptor II. Ari Subagio, SE.,MM. This study examine the effect polychronicity,role conflict, role ambiguity that non-medical personal employee performance in Hospital. Management of resources is still the main focus in an instituation, because human resources greatly affect performance in an instituation . this study will examine the behavior of employees of non-medical personel in a public hospital area. Data collection techniques used in this study is the use of questionnaires. The statistical test used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Software AMOS Versi 4.01. Result of data processing, it can be concluded as follows: there is a positive and significant influence between the variables role conflict that variables polychronicity show with significance of *** (α=0,05), there is a positive and significant influence between the variables role ambiguity that variables polychronicity show with significance of 0,005 (α=0,05), there is a positive and not significant influence between the personal performance that variables polychronicity show with significance of 0,400 (α=0,05), there is a positive and significant influence between the variables personel performance that variables role conflict show with significance of 0,028 (α=0,05), there is a negative and significant influence between the variables personel Performance that variables Role ambiguity show with significance of *** (α=0,05).
