Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the establishment ofuser satisfactian hospital information system. The dependent variables that used in this study are user satisfication information system which measured by satisfied using, accuracy, format, easy, and punctuality. The mediation variables in this study are perceived Usefulnes, Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease of Use, and included cultural characteristics as individual, context, time perception as independen variables. The objects that used in this study are employees. Total of the samples are 200 respondents that choosed by purposive sampling. Measuring instrument that used in this study is likert scale. The methods of analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study showed that H1 and H2 are accepeted while H3 until H12 are rejected. Based on result of this study, satisfaction on the use of information system still need to reassesment on the others object in this study.
