Abstract
The purpose of this stuudy was to the behavior as expected,organizations need leaders who understand the importance of the behavior to influence and direct the staff to come up the OCB behaviors . A leader must have a leadership style that is able to support and continue to develop OCB The objects that used in this study is nurses in hospitals . PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Total of the samples are 200 respondents that choosed by purposive sampling. Measuring instrument that in this study is (structural Equation Modelling) SEM. The results of this study addressing job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of nurses . Transformational leadership has no effect on the performance of nurses . Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ) has an influence on performance. Job satisfaction has an influence on OCB . OCB mediate job satisfaction on the performance of nurses in the hospital . Transformational leadership has no effect on OCB in hospital. OCB is not able to mediate transformational leadership on the performance of nurses at the Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Keywords : Transformational Leadership , Job Satisfaction , Performance, Ocb
