Abstract
In accordance with Act No. 40 of 2004 organizing the National Social Security that includes health insurance, accident insurance, pension insurance, pension and life insurance for the whole population through compulsory dues participants. BPJS Health is a statutory body set up to organize the health insurance program. In this study the problem to be investigated on the influence level of quality service to client satisfaction BPJS BPJS in Puskesmas Tasikmalaya, this study will prove the patient's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided by the health center BPJS through questionnaires. This research is descriptive analytic with the design, which is investigating the use of prospective data taken using a questionnaire sheet. The dependent variable in this research is service satisfaction., While the independent variables are participation BPJS, health care information, financing / premiums. This research was conducted in Tasikmalaya city health centers with respondents as many as 300 patients. The result of the respondents' answers generated by statistical test score distribution is descriptive analysis using linear regression Beganda. The test results F arithmetic with F table is for membership (X1) is 0.154, for service information (X2) is 0.280 and financing / premiums (X3) is 0.428, which means it is all free variable influence on patient satisfaction. While t test adalah2.369 X1, X2 and X3 is 4.732 is 5.233 with t table - + 1,969 which means that all independent variables influence on patient satisfaction. It can be concluded that the participation BPJS, information services and financing / premium partial effect on patient satisfaction and together influence the patient's satisfaction BPJS in Puskesmas Tasikmalaya Keywords : BPJS, Membership, Information services, financing, patient satisfaction
