Abstract
In Indonesia, people expect a good medical service in hospital. Therefore, a hospital did an evaluation to improve their service by conducting accreditation. One of them is in the installation section hospital pharmacy (IFRS). IFRS is a part of hospital which functions to give medical service. The purpose of this Research is to determine The level of pharmaceutical service conformity toward accreditation standard and developing strategy in IFRS by using matrix method. This study uses a questionnaire and interview as many as 40 respondents. Subjects in this study were of pharmacists and pharmaceutical technical personnel in IFRS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The research used 20 assessment elements from 7 standard of MPO, the result was compared to the questionnaire and interview results and then was analyzed by matrix method of developing strategy. The results of this research showed that the percentage of concordance level were as follows : MPO.1 (99.50%), MPO.7 (99.00%), MPO.2 (98.83%), MPO.6 (98.83%), MPO.4 (98.17%), MPO.5 (97.67%), and MPO.3 (97.33%). The improvements was in accordance with the priority set by using matrix method. Thus, it was obtained the priority from the highest to the lowest priority, that were : priority I (MPO.3), priority II (MPO.5), priority III (MPO.4), priority IV (MPO.2), priority V (MPO.6), priority VI (MPO.7), and priority VII (MPO.1).
