Abstract
The availability of drugs is one of the objectives of government policy in the national drug policy, but the availability is still a major problem for countries that are still developing. In practice, JKN they often have problems with the availability of medicines in hospitals. Among the factors that influence are patient, doctor and Pharmaceutical Workers factor who are responsible for drug management in hospitals. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of availability of drugs in hospitals Liun Kendage Tahuna and to determine whether the physician, pharmacy and patient factors have an influence on the availability of drugs in hospitals Liun Kendage Tahuna. This research uses descriptive analytical method using cross sectional analysis, namely the associative observations or measurements of variables to study the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables are studied at the same time. Independent variables are doctor factor, pharmaceutical factor, and patient factor and the dependent faktor is availability of medicine. Samples were taken based on disproportionate stratified random sampling, to the doctors and pharmacy sample taken a total of 20 samples based on the total number of doctors and pharmacy in Liun Kendage hospital while the patient sample is taken based on the table of Isaac-Michael is on the number of BPJS patient visits in Liun Kendage hospital Tahuna. Based on the research results that the factors on which conscientious physician, pharmaceutical workers and patient factors have a significant influence on the availability of drugs in hospitals Liun Kendage Tahuna. At the doctor factor analysis results obtained showed the value of R 0.753 with a significant level of 0.000. The pharmaceutical workers factor obtained R 0.869, with significant level 0.000, and on patient factors obtained value with the value of R 0.545 with a significance level 0.001. Data availability of drugs in Liun Kendage hospital Tahuna was in excess category, with an average of 56.01 months supply of drugs.
