Abstract
Handling radius ulna fractures by ORIF surgery is classified not cheap.It wascaused the surgery is complicated and requires high skills. In addition materials needed is also not cheap,for example: pin, plate or implant. Cost of therapy is influenced by patient factors, surgery factors and LOS. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence the cost of therapy and find out the suitability of cost therapy for radius ulna fractures patientsby ORIF surgery with INA-CBG's tariff. This study was an observational study with cross sectional study design according to the hospital's perspective. Data collection methodis restrospectively from the claim file JKN inpatient service radius ulna fractures by ORIF surgery in October 2014 - December 2015 period in treatment class 3 with code INA-CBG's M1-80-I / II / III. In analysing data we use descriptive analysis for patient characteristics, bivariate correlation analysis to identify factors that influence the cost of therapy and one sample t test to identify the suitability of the cost of therapy with INA-CBG's rates. The results of the study shown there were 58 patientsinclass of treatment 3 with grade of severity I and II consists of 70.69% male and 29.31% female. Factors affecting the cost of therapy was a time for operation delay (factor surgery) with a value of p = 0.028 and p = 0.000 LOS. The average cost of therapy for patients with code M-1-80-I is Rp 5,369,614 and M-1-80-II Rp 8,178,247 with a value of p = 0.000. It shows a significant difference to the INA-CBG's tariff. There wasalso positive difference between the cost of therapy at INA-CBG's tariff code M-1-80-I withINA-CBG's tariff code M-1-80-II. It wasRp 7,115,785 per patient for INACBG's tariff code M-1-80-I and Rp 8,178,247 per patient forINA-CBG's tariff code M-1-80-II.
