Abstract

In improving the quality of care and improve patient safety in the delivery of hospital services need to be evaluated hospital accreditation by evaluating implementation of accreditation standards in an effort to improve the safety and quality of patient care to ensure that the environment ministry is safe and the hospital strives to reduce. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of conformity seven accreditation standards based KARS and strategy development plan pharmacy installation method Hanlon. This study is a non-experimental research design in Pharmacy Installation of the Hospital Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun Central Borneo, the data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Data was collected by using a questionnaire to 28 respondents, Pharmacists and TTK, the results of the questionnaire element of votes obtained is collected and analyzed and strengthened by the results of interviews conducted to the head Installation of Hospital Pharmacy (IFRS) after problems found in each element and then analyzed using the methods Hanlon. The conclusion of the study of the conformity level of pharmacy service on the accreditaion standars of MPO is MPO1 85.36%, 92.39% MPO2, MPO3 78.75%, 50.24% MPO4, MPO5 50.24%, MPO6 72, 32%, with MPO7 42.62% and development strategy priorities to be applied in the IFRSUD Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun Central Borneo which still do not meet standards maximum which is MPO1 of organization and management, MPO2 of selection and procurement, MPO3 of stronge, MPO4 of booking and recording, with MPO6 of administration is the need to make policy or regulation of the director SK and must be supported by policy as a guideline in the process of the pharmaceutical activities as well as the cooperation between pharmacy staff with the medical staff.
