Abstract

Entering the era of national healt insurance in 2014 is something that can not be avoided that the number of patients increased in terms of healt checkups, so that the large number of patients have to be in adjust by the amount of medicine. in the The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that affect the availability of medicin in the era of national healt insurance. This research using the descriptive analytic method using cross sectional analysis, the observation associative to the independent variables is the availability of medicine using library method. This research uses a simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this research showed that the analysis of the doctors, pharmacist, and patients factors have a significant affect and relation to the availability of medicines in hospital I La Galigo with the result of the questionnaire data on a simple linear hypotesis testing in the value of R factor of 0,877 doctor, pharmacists 0,861 and 0,984 patients at value of 0,000. Result of literature data on availability medicine of IFRS showed that from 335 of medicine items there are 129 medicine items excess categories, 43 categories of good and 111 categories of emergency, and 52 categories of less.
