Abstract

Diseases that attack the digestive tract is a disease that is quite high, digestive disorder that occurs is dyspepsia or commonly called maag. The case of dyspepsia in RSAU dr. Siswanto Karanganyar in 2017 entered in the order of number two the largest that occurred. The purpose of this study to determine the pattern of prescribing dyspepsia drugs in inpatients in RSAU dr. Siswanto Karanganyar. This research is a non experimental descriptive study with retrospective retrieval data with inclusion criteria covering ≥17 patient, patient dyspepsia without other disease. Sample of dyspeptic patients there were 50 patients who met the inclusion criteria. The results of the study showed that dyspepsia patients at Inpatient Installation RSAU dr. Siswanto Karanganyar in 2017 were 34 patients (68.0%) female, 36-45 years old (36.0%), the most commonly used H2 antagonists were 49 patients (98%), the most widely used drug combinations were H2 + antiemetic antagonists + proton inhibitor + antasid DOEN + sucralfat of 32 patients (64.0%).
