Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of management support and knowledge on the compliance of health personnel in the implementation of SOP APD with work experience as a moderator due to low compliance of health personnel in obeying and implementing SOP APD hence this study support for review with different object (Yusnita, 2017). Data obtained from The National Safety (NSC) in 2008, 41% of medical staff not working due to illness and accident, and this number is much larger than other industries. The biggest cause is accidents due to work (KAK) due to needle stick injuries (needle stick Injuries) (Evryanti, 2012). This research was conducted in dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten Hospital, with the total population of all health workers and the number of samples of 120 health workers. Data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. Testing of measuring tools uses validation and reliability. Hypothesis testing using linear regression and moderation test. All test analysis using SPSS version 17. The results showed that hypothesis I and hypothesis II were supported except that the hypothesis IIIa was not supported because the work experience had no significant effect between the relationship of management support and the compliance of SOP APD and the hypothesis IIIb showed a significant negative effect on the work experience as moderator in the relationship of management support and knowledge on the compliance of the implementation SOP APD.
