Abstract

The management of medicines in Community Health Centers needs to be investigated because the efficient management of drugs was critical to the success of the Puskesmas management as a whole, to avoid inaccurate and irrational drug requirements calculations so that appropriate medicinal management was required. Drug management aims to ensure the availability and affordability of drug services that are efficient, effective, and rational. This research purpose to identify drug management profile in Colomadu I Community Health Centers 2018 which includes drug demand, drug acceptance, drug storage, drug distribution, and recording and reporting. This research uses quantitative-qualitative descriptive method conducted for 1 (one) month between December 2017 until January 2018. Data collection using structured observation in the form of check list. Data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative-qualitative with percentage. The results showed that in general management of drug management in the field of demand, acceptance, storage, distribution, recording and reporting at Colomadu I Community Health Centers both and in accordance with the standards of the Guidelines for the Management of Public Drugs and Health Supplies at the Community Health Centers Keyword: Drug Management, Community Health Centers
