Abstract

Pharmaceutical care is a direct and responsible service to patients relating to Pharmaceutical Preparations with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the quality of life of the patient. Standard Pharmaceutical care is a benchmark that is used as a guide for pharmaceutical workers in organizing pharmaceutical care. This research is a kind of non experimental research or survey research with descriptive design. The data collection was done cross sectional to the outpatient who redeemed the prescription in pharmacy installation of Purwosari Puskesmas Surakarta Community Health Center. The sampling technique is non probability by means of purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate the suitability of medication service waiting time dimensions averaged 2.21 minutes ≤ 30 minutes and medication concoction averaged 5.64 minutes ≤ 60 minutes. Pharmaceutical service with 100% patient satisfaction has been in accordance with the pharmaceutical service standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2008.
