Abstract

Gastritis is an inflammatory process on layer mucosa and sub mucosa stomach. Gastritis occurs when mechanism protector lost or broken The drugs used to control the secretion of gastric acid are receptor antagonist, H2 inhibitor, proton pump, anticholinergic, and antacid. Aim research this for knowing convormity use drug gastritis on patient care stay in RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo 2017 based on guideline of Pharmacotherapy A Pathophysiologic Approach and Drug Information Handbook. This research is a non-experimental research done by collecting data samples in retrospective way based on the medical record of gastritis inpatients in 2017. The sample criteria are gastritis patients being 26 – 45 years old without comorbidities. The result of the research shows 47 cases in inclusion criteria. The result was then analyzed through descriptive analysis by comparing Pharmacotherapy A Pathophysiologic Approach, and Drug Information Handbook. The result of the research shows that the most frequently used gastritis drug is omeprazole. The properness of the usage of gastritis drugs in the inpatients installation of RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo in 2017 based on Pharmacotherapy A Pathophysiologic Approach and DIH shows 100% precise indication and 100% precise drugs, 38,14% precise dosage and 100% precise patients.
